CASEing is such Fun!!!

Hi everyone,

How are you on this lovely day, ok, maybe morning or night, right, now nearly 8.45pm here, people ate, dogs fed, yikes it feels like i just ran the marathon, lol

The new challenge is up over at Squiggleffly and what a fun theme for this week!! You are asked to CASE a card of one of Squigglefly' DT ladies , which is the ultimate compliment to someone, of coarse you change things around a bit, just so that it is not a replica, lol, then i won't be your own, right...............:))

Now i had so much fun looking again at all their creations, can really say i was so much inspired, boy was it difficult to choose one!! And suddenly this card pops up , not a Squigglefly DT card, sorry , but i just love the simplicity of the design, and it was done by Rhonda which you can see HERE , have a look, gorjuss!!

My lay-out is basically the same, but i used an image from Fawn Palmer called Chiharmony and those that visit me often, knows that i use one of these often, just love the versatility and there quite a few of these, just visit the STORE and see the variety and much more...........:))

Changed my ribbon to be tied on the other side, adding a pin and a cameo. A flower and some of my fav's, pearls complete the card, must say, i quite like the end result, hope you do too...........:))

Send a Smile for Emily!!!

Hi everyone,

Life is hectic, yikes, work is hectic, even tho it is school hols, i do admin and we don't have their hols, arghhhhhhhhhh, would have been so good, lol

I have written before about this little girl, Emily who has Leukemia and been through so much in her life so far , but has been fighting it with such a strong spirit!! You can also see the button in my sidebar.

Dustin Pike has been so, so generous in blessing Emily through creating images just for her, WOW, i salute you for that !!!
Now he is giving each person an image if you will make a card for Emily and link-up too, how much fun to color them, they are just gorjuss!!

Chillaxing Time!!!

Hi everyone,

Hope you are having a super weekend! We have had rain and lots of it since friday, let up a bit today, sun came through, was quite nice, at least not as hot as been the last couple of weeks, yikes, we had heat in abundance,lol

It is time for another Fabulous Freebie Friday over at Sassy Studios where we are having a 'Pedi Party', lol, chilling and having fun with the amazing images drawn by Lindsay and the challenge brought to us by regan, who by the way is one amazing talented lady, wow, you should see her creations, all gorjuss!!!
Now i was lucky enough to be able to combine it with the challenge over on the Sassy Studio Designs , Dare To Be Sassy Thursday which is 'Paper Piecing', love it!!
I paper pieced my bath, ok not mine, lol, the one from the image...............hehehe, added some stickles for the bubbles and gave her a glass of cool refreshment on the side,lol, now this is the way to end the day, right.............:))

What's On Your Workdesk #146

Hello there,

From a very windy and totally not nice day, only conselation, lol, is that we have a public holiday today, so got some stuff done, not much i am afraid, lacking the energy................hehehehe

It's time for a WOW over at Stamping Ground and i thought i might as well share, lol, how in total chaos it is at the mo, serious!!!!
There are three pic's, different work desk's, the one i am busy putting the candy's together that were won on my blog, the other still a mess from my last hurried creation and the third where my cutting mat is, all the poly bags and scraps of paper, yikes, when i look at this, i realize how much i still have to do, so better get on with it............ hehehehe
You will always see my scissors and some ink pads lying around, have a different scissor for paper/tape/ribbon and fussy cutting and then some spares, lol, cannot run out seeing that i don 't have any machines to cut, all done by hand!!
And then, what is also prominent is my little drawers, have to have everything sorted and on it's own, just my way i suppose............:))
Ok here goes, hope you don't fall over from shock, lol lol
